Ted Glutz

Ted Glutz, Innovative Computing Systems' Director of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for providing direction to the firm's Solutions Consulting practice group. With more than 33 years of experience, Ted provides strategic guidance to client management across the full gamut of law firm operations. Over the last 13 years, before joining Innovative Computing Systems, he worked with law firms of all sizes, advising them on their technology and organizational challenges. He retired from serving the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps as a legal administrator and technology manager after 20 years. He is active in both the International Legal Technology Association and the Association of Legal Administrators.
John Pierfelice
Engineer Managed Threat Response @Sophos
John Pierfelice has been a part of Sophos since 2020. Graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s in Business Psychology and Communication. His passion is breaking down barriers to build impactful relationships with anyone he engages with both professionally and personally. Currently on the Managed Threat Response Team, he works with Sophos Rapid Response to support all environments that are encountering attacks in real-time, coordinate proper Incident Response tactics, and provide restoration back to safe status. In his previous roles, he worked as an Inside Sales Engineer for Trend Micro with the Endpoint Detection and Response team assisting customers in deployment and security strategies from live attacks as one of their XDR Champions. Also work at Truven Health Analytics where he delivered and eradicated both physical and digital media containing data such as PII, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS meeting compliance requirements across all layers.
